Chiu is Jake's Great Aunt on his mother's side and revealed to be a dragon. It is unknown if she is the sister of Luong Lao Shi or the older sister of Susan Long.

- She has a tendency to sneeze which causes her to turn into a dragon each time.
- Due to this, it can be speculated that her name was derived from "achoo", which refers to a sneeze.
