Shade Demons are ghostly dragon-like beings that are foot soilders for the Dark Dragon. They don't speak. They can be destroyed very easily in 1 hit.They apperead twice in season 1. The Shade Demons seem to be very weak. Jake gets attacked by the Shade Demons, but beats them up and rescues Fred Nerk (Australlian Dragon). Jake, Veronica, Tooth Fairy, Tooth Minions, Trixie, Spud, Kara and Sara were battling the Shade Demons, Chang, and the Dark Dragon in Hong Kong Nights. The Dark Dragon's Shade Demons were called Shades. The Tooth Fairy summoned her Tooth Minions and her Tooth Minions beat up the Shade Demons. Veronica trapped 2 Shade Demons in a spider net. Kara and Sara made 2 Shade Demons hit each other. Jonathan Long was trying to find what are the Shade Demon's weakness. Shade Demons are actually demons, not dragons. The Shade Demons seem to be stronger now when the dragons were getting beaten up by them. When Johnathan Long found the Shade Demon page, he found their weakness: light. Susan Long took a picture of the Shade Demons and a camera light destroyed the Shade Demons. Johnathan used a gold bottle with jewels and the moon light destroyed all of the Shade Demons.
